Duel Of Death

This is a drawing that was inspired by my trip to Singapore long ago. It took a while to get this one completed but I believe the wait was worth it. (JL)

This poem is also called Duel Of Death.

On a dark and mysterious night.
Two warriors stood their ground, ready to fight.
One fought for honour, courageous was she.
The other was a thief, as evil as can be.

Both women were masters, time to settle a score.
Their hate for one another was great, deep down to the core.
They fought on top of a temple, neither one displayed fear.
For tonight would be their last fight, death was always close and near.

Duel of death is the way of the warrior and the Bushido was their book.
Weapons were drawn and fists were flying, as quick as glance or a look.
Ancient steel slashed the air and swift blades met with a killer kiss.
Who would be the winner? It's up to the viewer - don't look away, you can't miss this! (JL)
